PHOTO COSTS:

Regular 4x6 Photos (Loose): $0.30 per image 

or Bulk scanning at $6/25 photos - Labelling Included

Large Photos: up to 9 x 14 - $0.40 per image, labelling from information written on back of photo included

Negative Scanning: $0.40 per image or $10/25 scans Labelling based on package of 25 included

Add Ons: Labeling each photo with information from the back of the photo plus $0.10 per image

Additional Cost Considerations:

There are several variables which affect the cost. These include how photos are presented and if they are dirty or have a film. 

Photos in Albums: If the photos are presented in albums and need to be removed before scanning, this will fall under the $25/hour fee. This is because removal takes a long time. Depending on the age of the album, the type of album and how many photos per album, the amount of time can be significantly different. Additionally, if photos are stuck to the page due to the adhesive in some albums, the entire may need to be scanned, and 4x6 Photos then cropped for each image.

Damaged or Dirty Photos: If photos are dirty or have a film on them (dirt, nicotine, adhesive residue, etc.) this affects the equipment and may require additional time or the use of other equipment. This can be discussed as needed.

DOCUMENT COSTS:

Regular Documents up to Legal sized pages – $0.40 per side, $0.60 for double-sided.

Simple labelling included.

Organized into files extra.

 Additional Cost Considerations:

There are several variables which can affect the cost. These include how documents are presented and what additional editing may be needed. If staples need to be removed or pages removed from sheet protectors, if pages are dirty or have a film, etc.

Editing can include the sharpness of the document, removal of punch holes, or any other as required.
